Make Up Lesson Policy

In the case that any lesson is missed by the teacher, Ellie Jaggers Music (hereafter EJML) will either:

Offer for the lesson to be made up at another time, at a time agreeable to both parties
Carry the lesson forward
Offer a refund for that lesson
Offer an online lesson
Offer a group lesson

If any lessons are missed by the pupils with 24 hours written notice, EJML will either:

Offer for the lesson to be made up at another time, at a time agreeable to both parties
Carry the lesson forward
Offer a refund for that lesson
Offer an online lesson
Offer a group lesson

If any lessons are missed by the pupils without giving 24 hours written notice, EJML will consider the reason on a case-by-case basis, but lessons may be forfeited and a refund or alternative not be offered.
